Thanks for an enjoyable stay for more than one night. All the rooms are perfect little with a shower and a bed and the staff is helpful.

All the stuff was courteous, settled my issues.

i booked a queen room, it was well-maintained and had a microwave oven, central heating and an iron. the staff were exceptional, pleasant and helped me with free parking. liked the location that was good and just next door to restaurants, the freeway and even shopping, accessing downtown and shops and restaurants.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room.

As for me, the area was quite poor.

All the employees were amicable and welcoming.

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was very very helpful and supper friendly.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very nice area, next to accessing downtown or the airport, restaurants and entertainment and a safe area. We had a pet-friendly and good little room with a shower and a bed and everything was good.

I liked the clear work of the staff. We arrived at 11 p.m. and caught a long line at reception. Turns out the machine encoding the electronic keys to the rooms was out of order. The hotel staff member explained the reason to everyone quickly and easily and offered two options: to stay or a full refund due to force majeure. Those who stayed were escorted to their rooms to open the door. No fuss or nervousness. In the morning the hotel offered a light breakfast, fresh, delicious, and very clean. Comfortable free parking around the hotel.

Terrible audibility, had to listen to the TV from the next room after 11 p.m. and the guests' loud conversations, had to knock. When someone turned on the water in the shower, it was like the sound of an airplane engine running!

The hotel boasts a comfortable atmosphere and is conveniently situated just about 5.5 km from the lively lexington convention center. It's only a short walk away from several dining options that cater to various tastes.

The room was very functional. Met my need of a basic room at a good value.

TV did not fully work, only able to get one channel. Personnel did fix and it work for a short then went back to only one channel. The house keeping personnel kept door open to their laundry room which was at times a little disturbing.

Strongly recommend for a weekend outing

Comfortable room, convenient location, with great air conditioning and free WiFi service that worked perfectly .

I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like! Sorry

Clean room, modern, lots of outlets, very cooperative staff, even though booking .com overbooked the double queen bed rooms.

I wanted to stay a few more hours because my travel ticket was going out at night and I paid and then they called me that I had to leave the hotel because one night before the police had been outside my room because of a friend that I let in I know it was my fault because my friend looked like a street person but I let him in because I already knew him from before and he told me that he didn't have I was very upset about that and I know the hotel did the right thing by calling the police. I told my friend to get his stuff and leave because the police asked me if I wanted him to stay longer or obviously I was trying to help him but he got me in trouble and I told him to leave immediately, And so it was that the hotel didn't want to give me any more time and told me that I had to leave immediately, I felt very bad about it and then I had to leave the hotel and take another one in which I only stayed a few hours so that I wouldn't be cold while I was gone.

We visited the Kentucky Horse Park and Kearney Hills Golf Links, and loved the comfy bed. Breakfast had nice options, and the staff was friendly. Perfect base for exploring the area!

We had a long wait to check in, a hassle after a long drive.
